April 26, 2015.  Writing Through the Crazy Times:  four hours, two sessions, one day of writing facilitated by Suzanne Rancourt. 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. All are welcome to this co-ed writing and Yoga Nidra experience. Using the AWA and Expressive Arts methods, participants discover writing strategies, techniques, and change via the creative experience. Some supplies provided.  Writing workshop is FREE and funded in part by Poets & Writers, and NY State Council on the Arts.
